We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it — for example when you submit a booking enquiry form or send us an email. This may include:

• Your name
• Email address and telephone number
• Nationality and passport country (for visa and entry requirements)
• Travel dates, group size, and accommodation preferences
• Any additional information you include in your message

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to organise your Sri Lanka tour. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and reloading the page — the consent banner will reappear.

Google Maps

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps iframe to show our office location. This only loads after you accept cookies. When loaded, Google Maps may set its own cookies and collect your IP address in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics

If you accept cookies and we have configured Google Analytics, we use it to understand how visitors find and use our website (pages visited, time on site, country). All data is anonymised — IP addresses are truncated before storage. Data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts

This website loads typefaces (Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans) from Google Fonts. This sends your IP address to Google servers but Google states it does not use this to identify individuals or combine it with advertising data. See Google Fonts Privacy FAQ.

Email (mailto links)

When you click an email link or submit the booking form, your default email client opens and sends a message directly to aloys@eureka.lk. We store correspondence in our email system for as long as necessary to manage your booking.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw cookie consent at any time (see above)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at aloys@eureka.lk with the subject line GDPR Data Request. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking — deleted after 12 months
• Confirmed bookings — retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes
• Cookie consent record — 365 days, stored in your browser only
